Welding Fabrication
Certified welders join both ferrous and non ferrous materials, from small precision weldments to structures up to 40 ft long. A 10 ton overhead crane handles the large work in house, so heavy fabrications never need to be subcontracted out and re shipped.

Brazing and Soldering
Brazing and soldering let us join dissimilar metals where welding would be wrong for the assembly. This includes low pressure corrosive gas units, where joint integrity and cleanliness are the whole requirement.

Finishing
Surface and bore finishing in house.
Secondary operations stay under the same roof and the same quality system.
- Vibratory Finishing
- Deburring and surface conditioning in bulk, sized to the lot so small precision parts are not damaged in process.
- Time Saving
- Belt sanding up to 6 in wide for flat surface finishing and stock removal.
- Honing
- .5 to 1.25 in diameter, up to 4 in bore length, for bore size, roundness, and surface finish control.
