Multi Axis CNC Turning

Multi Axis CNC Milling
Horizontal and vertical machining centers with dual pallet changers and 4th axis rotary keep spindles cutting while the next fixture is loaded. That throughput is what makes long production runs of milled components economical without giving up close tolerance work.

CNC Swiss Machining
Eight axis Star Swiss lathes with guide bushings support long, slender parts right at the cutting tool, which is what allows high length to diameter ratio components to hold size along their full length. Capacity to 1.25 in diameter with tolerances held under .0002 in.

Automatic Screw Machine Products
Cam driven Wickman six spindle automatics remain the most cost effective way to produce very high volumes of small turned parts. Once a job is cammed and tooled, cycle to cycle consistency is repeatable across hundreds of thousands of pieces.
