  • Maintain AS9100 compliance and documentation
  • First piece and final inspection
  • Gage calibration and control
  • First Article Inspection Reports and Certificates of Conformance

CNC Setup Machinist

Set up and prove out jobs across milling, turning, and Swiss departments.

  • Setup on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines
  • Blueprint and GD&T reading
  • Offsets, tooling, and process improvement
  • Work from written setup and inspection instructions
