Quality Assurance
Inspection method is defined at quoting, not discovered at first article. That means the gaging, fixturing, and reporting required by the print are priced and planned before the job runs, and the documentation you need arrives with the parts. Dimensional inspection is performed on a Brown and Sharpe CMM with Renishaw touch probe, supported by a full optical comparator, hardness testing, and profilometry.
- Inspection method defined during quoting
- First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
- Certificates of Conformance
- Detailed dimensional inspection reports
- AS9100 quality management system

Supply Chain Management
Outside processing is managed by us, on our schedule, with our quality requirements flowed down. You issue one purchase order and receive a finished part, rather than coordinating a plater, a heat treater, and a grinder yourself.
- Long standing, vetted subcontractors
- Flow down of drawing and specification requirements
- Single point of accountability for delivery
- Certifications collected and supplied with shipment
Outside Processing
Subcontract operations and finishes.
Trusted subcontract processes
Finishes available
Send the print with its specification callouts and we will quote the finished, certified part.
